Understanding your mind. Unlocking your potential.
Understanding how we think, learn, and function can be a powerful step towards meaningful growth. Psychometric assessment looks beyond difficulties alone to identify strengths, areas for development, and the support an individual may need to reach their potential.
I value a collaborative approach and work alongside parents, educators, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure that assessment findings are understood within the broader context of an individual’s life. Where relevant, psychometric insights can contribute to the assessment and understanding of presentations such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Specific Learning Disorders, supporting mental health professionals in their diagnostic formulation.
The overarching aim is to turn assessment into understanding, and understanding into meaningful support.

My Philosophy
I believe an assessment should be a journey of discovery, not a daunting test. This means that assessment should empower individuals by providing an enhanced understanding of themselves beyond the scores.
Through objective psychometric insight, we seek to identify patterns of cognitive and scholastic strengths and challenges that contribute to a deeper understanding of each individual and how their mind works. We view assessment as one piece of a broader picture, working collaboratively with psychologists, psychiatrists, educators and other professionals to inform diagnostic understanding, support and meaningful next steps.
